The original scope of work was for
the enclosure of the four story open balconies. This
included EIFS walls, storefront glass, ceilings, lighting,
finishes and new roofing.
Additional construction requests and
subsequent time extensions were based on an expanded
scope of work as requested by the owners. These changes
included entry grates, and drainage, increased areas
for EIFS, roofline changes, security sensors, increased
EIFS detail and a partial upgrade to the two existing
stair towers.
The resulting scope of work
was carried out in all sixteen divisions of construction.
All permitting, design, approval, inspections and methods
of construction were overseen and carried out by MCCI.
