North Andover, MA
Dental office renovation and fit-up of 4,200 square-feet on the first floor of an existing building. Scope of work included extensive concrete slab removal and replacement for new underground utilities within the building. Second floor egress stairs, removed by a former occupant, were required to be re-installed. We worked around structural limitations to provide a new stair layout that met both current code and the physical limitations of the building. The clinical rooms were equipped with complete data, audio, television, plumbing and a full medical gas connection. The finishes included custom millwork, a radius reception area with matching drywall soffits; both granite and solid surface countertops and window sills. All walls were sound deadened to provide a more comfortable patient experience. Both the mechanical and electrical systems were redesigned and upgraded for higher efficiency and more economical operation.
