The scope of work for this 4,000 square foot tenant fit-up included a coordinated effort to build the new building structure for the landlord and perform the interior finish work for the dental office tenant simultaneously. The work started below the concrete floor slab with accurate placement of conduits and medical plumbing to each of the dental chairs. The interior finishes include custom casework and moldings, drywall including vaulted archways, and millwork for window walls allowing the patients visual access to the lab areas.
