MCCI was retained by Enterprise Rent-A-Car to help them through the design, approvals, permitting and construction process for a new type of maintenance facility.  MCCI assembled a team of professionals to design the project from the ground up and to ensure all necessary approvals and permits were obtained, both locally and at the state level.  Design began in house with Steven Freeman of MCCI, working closely with Enterprise officials. Once the program requirements were agreed to and the concept took form, we were able to bring in the professional engineers, architects, petroleum engineers and car wash designers to fill in the concept.

In the first few months of operation, ERAC headquarters deemed this facility the cleanest and easiest to operate in the country. They have since taken the concept created within MCCI to become the standard for others to follow.
