phase of completing a three phase mill building
renovation on Lincoln Street in Manchester, NH.
Phases I and II involved exterior improvements
and transforming the first and second floors into
office and warehouse condominiums. MCCI occupies
6,000 square feet of this newly renovated space.
The third and final phase is the renovation of
the third floor into residential condominiums.
