Mark Carrier founded Mark Carrier
Construction, Inc. in Manchester, NH in 1997 and
has served as its president ever since. From 1985
through 1997, Mark worked first as a project superintendent,
then project manager and finally chief estimator.
Mark holds a degree in Civil
Engineering Technology from the University of
New Hampshire. He has continued to invest in his
professional development through continuing education
programs offered by the New Hampshire Technical
Institute and Northeastern University.

Frank Moody has been in commercial
construction since 1980. He worked on public power
and transportation facilities before working for
a local contractor for 10 years. Frank has been
with Mark Carrier Construction, Inc. since 1998.

Gary O'Connell has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and for the last 15 years has focused on energy efficient design, green building techniques, and clean energy solutions. Gary has an AS Degree in Building Construction Technology from The New Hampshire Technical College and an AS Degree in Solar Engineering Technology from Colorado Technical College. He is fluent in energy and financial modeling and most recently became a Certified Building Commissioning Professional through the Association of Energy Engineers. Gary joined MCCI in April 2011.

Dave Patten has over 30 years
experience in the construction industry and related
fields. His experience includes positions as draftsman,
highway and bridge worker, utility superintendent,
building inspector, project management and estimator.
Dave holds an AS in Architectural Engineering
from New Hampshire Technical Institute and a BS
in Technical Business from Southern New Hampshire
University.

Steve Danko has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Steve specializes in both commercial construction and high end single family residences. Since joining MCCI in 1998 he has served as project manager/superintendent on commercial mill renovations, manufacturing facilities and custom design residential projects, some with values of over $10 million each. Steve’s educational background includes multiple courses in business management and construction technology taken at New Hampshire Technical Institute and Southern New Hampshire University.

Paul Purpora joined Mark Carrier Construction, Inc. in December 2008. Paul has over 20 years of site work, commercial and residential construction experience as a project manager, estimator and superintendent on projects ranging in size from $1-$7 million each. Paul’s education includes an AS degree in Math & Science from Quincy College and course study for LEEDS certification. Paul holds a State of Massachusetts Superintendent’s license, State of New Hampshire Sub Surface Disposal Systems license, Enviro Septic certification and a 10 hour OSHA safety certificate.
