Mark Carrier founded Mark Carrier
Construction, Inc. in Manchester, NH in 1997 and
has served as its president ever since. From 1985
through 1997, Mark worked first as a project superintendent,
then project manager and finally chief estimator.
Mark holds a degree in Civil
Engineering Technology from the University of
New Hampshire. He has continued to invest in his
professional development through continuing education
programs offered by the New Hampshire Technical
Institute and Northeastern University.

Frank Moody has been in commercial
construction since 1980. He worked on public power
and transportation facilities before working for
a local contractor for 10 years. Frank has been
with Mark Carrier Construction, Inc. since 1998.

After earning an A.A. S. in
Architectural Engineering Technology from the
New Hampshire Technical Institute, Steven Freeman
worked for architectural firms in Bedford, New
Hampshire and Boston, Massachusetts. He was self-employed
as an architectural consultant for five years
before joining Mark Carrier Construction, Inc.
in 2002.

Dave Patten has over 30 years
experience in the construction industry and related
fields. His experience includes positions as draftsman,
highway and bridge worker, utility superintendent,
building inspector, project management and estimator.
Dave holds an AS in Architectural Engineering
from New Hampshire Technical Institute and a BS
in Technical Business from Southern New Hampshire
University.
